My husband and I had a long wait time at this place. Only two people were in and then we were told his glasses would take about 3 weeks before they would come in. I've never had to wait that long for a pair of glasses.

Ordered new glasses. After three weeks they called and said the frames I selected would not work with the lenses I needed. I went back and selected new frames. They said they would put a rush on it. Three weeks later they still said they were putting a rush on it! I canceled and demanded a full refund. Terrible service, dishonest personnel. Total waste of time.

I have one pair of glasses that have been adjusted three times now. Can not keep the frame tight enough to hold the lense in. I have had them 6 weeks. Store personal rude and very unfriendly with no options for recourse.
