New ReviewerBoth my husband & I got glasses (May & July 2017) My glasses had a screw break on the nose piece- These were sent back as a manufacturer defect. When I got them back 2 weeks later, I noticed that the attachment point was still loose and the glasses "wiggled" a lot.
Was told that I could send them back in to be repaired but would take another 7-10 business days. I do not have another pair of glasses to wear while these are being fixed again. My husband paid more for his glasses since he got Transition Lenses and a more expensive scratch coating. He had to stop wearing them December 2017 because they are so scratched up he can't see out of them.
Took them to store and was told that coating was put on wrong but we could get the lenses replaced for another $75. We had paid $130 for his glasses after insurance.
Very poor quality. For the money we paid out of pocket- I could have gone elsewhere and got 2 pairs of glasses.
