September 13,2017 I recently stopped into the JC Penny Optical Center in Myrtle Beach. I did't really need new glasses as my prescription hadn't changed.

However I am having trouble driving at night due to glare from oncoming headlights and I thought anti-reflective lenses would solve my problem. THEY DID NOT! Like most optical centers Penny's always has some super; $99/Buy One Get One /half price, bait and switch. The Manager Scott up sold me From $99 to $400 assuring that the anti-reflective lenses would help with night driving.

There is virtually no difference in the night glare with or with out the new lenses.

When I returned the manager Scott said "You got the correct glasses with the correct prescription and coating. We won't make any adjustments period." The extra cost for the anti-reflective lenses was a complete waste of money.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $398.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Jcpenney Optical Cons: Poor response to complaints, Poor response to complaint.
