Jcpenney Optical - Horrible customer service
I spent over $800 in that place and was told that my glasses would be ready in 5-7 days for pick up. 2 weeks went by and no one called me to say anything.
So I picked up the phone to ask whatโs the status of the order and why I havenโt received a call. The guy who answered said that the other pair didnโt come in and they are waiting for it. I asked why wasnโt I informed he replies they are waiting for the other pair to come in. What does that have to do with letting me know that my order isnโt there as they said it would be.
If you canโt deliver as promised then itโs your responsibility to let a customer know. The customer should not have to call to find out anything.
