I spent over $800 in that place and was told that my glasses would be ready in 5-7 days for pick up. 2 weeks went by and no one called me to say anything.

So I picked up the phone to ask whatโ€™s the status of the order and why I havenโ€™t received a call. The guy who answered said that the other pair didnโ€™t come in and they are waiting for it. I asked why wasnโ€™t I informed he replies they are waiting for the other pair to come in. What does that have to do with letting me know that my order isnโ€™t there as they said it would be.

If you canโ€™t deliver as promised then itโ€™s your responsibility to let a customer know. The customer should not have to call to find out anything.
