I was in NY Roosevelt Field Mall JC Penny optical and this old sales lady was extremely nasty and very very RUDE and it seems she was ready to punch and kik you at any momment Very bad bad experience

This was my experience with JC Penney Optical. They took forever to get to me- and there were no other customers there. When they finally did serve me, they dId not know their own products, and they rang me up wrong. They did not know how to correct their mistakes either- and it was a disaster and it took more time. My appointment was bumped, and Sue at the reception desk did not know why her coworker had put one patient ahead of me. I waited to see Dr. Coop who did a marvelous job along with Sue. I would return giving them an opportunity to get it right.

Made an appointment for my wife and I for an eye exam. The appointment was made a week in advance. The optical department called me when we were enroute to our exams to tell us the doctor doing exams would not accept Eye Med insurance. This was after they had already insured us of our coverage. Very disappointing experience.

I was in the JCPenney store today and saw a sale sign in the optical area. I entered the area and was greeted by an employee. I asked about the sale and mentioned that I already have a prescription and wanted to bring it in to possibly purchase a backup for my contacts. Not being familiar with prescriptions, I told her that I tried to order a pair online however my prescription was missing a PD, thinking I that needed to return to my eye doctor... Read more

It is the worst optical in NJ, and I have a bad experience with the manager Leo, he is tough and he never fix my glasses. He wanted to charge me more for fix my glasses. I will never go back to that optics again. I Pay almost $400 for two pairs of glasses and it does not make me just that I lost my money with thieves who deceived me. I hope people do not go to that optical because they are going to lose their money. I wasted my time waiting for... Read more

My husband and I had a long wait time at this place. Only two people were in and then we were told his glasses would take about 3 weeks before they would come in. I've never had to wait that long for a pair of glasses.

The women that work at the eye Dept are the rudest you will ever meet not so much the young girls it's the old lady she is really fake so fake she will smile at u after she assesess u help u and walk away talking under her breath to the other workers fake fake fake people like that don't need to b around the public she needs to work in a room all alone stew in her rudeness and fake life

Pissed off.....is right! I ordered my daughters glasses 2 months ago and they were paid for. I go to see if her glasses are in and they say oh well we sold them....SOLD THEM i paid for them already. So we had to pick out a different frame and i had to go personally get the prescription because they kept saying oh no we havent gotten anything yet.....LIARS they did too.
